- Vacations: minimum 5-night rental
- Arrival : from 17h00
- Departure: before 10:00 a.m.
- Payment methods: conditional cheques, bank transfers, credit cards

- Low Season Weekly Rate: €1,792
- Mid-season weekly rate: €1,960
- Weekly rate High Season: €3,360
- Very High Season weekly rate: €3,780
- Nightly rate depending on season (3 or 5 nights minimum): from €320 to €400, decreasing from the 6th night onwards.
